In 1994 Quality Planning signed the first of a series of contracts with the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) to address their insurance fraud problems. For more than 10 years ICBC was the largest QPC customer. I generally traveled to Vancouver once a month for five days, although trips were often more frequent and longer. Guenter Raudler of the systems department oversaw the work and Alix Taylor was the internal coordinator.
