A carved bone figure of a woman: a smooth, egg-shaped head with a long nose and closed eyes rising from a slender neck and column-like body, mounted on a dark base. The carving is spare and elegant, with the features reduced to a few clean lines.

The origin is unknown. The form recalls both African and modernist sculpture.
