On August 4, 2019, Judith and I set off on a two-week driving trip through northern Spain and Portugal. We started at the Gran Hotel Sardinero on the beach in Santander, then went on to Oviedo, the Parador de Santiago in Santiago de Compostela, the Parador de Santo Estevo, Braga in Portugal, the Pousada Mosteiro de Guimarães and the Vidago Palace Hotel, a fancy spa.
