In 1993 I founded Qestrel Claims Management. I hired Gail Simpson, Alan Statman, and Bruce Randal. David Roberts was engaged to do fundraising, and Bill Jewell as an adviser.
In 2000, 2001 and 2002 Qestrel was named to the Inc. 500 list as one of the fastest growing small businesses in the United States.
Conflicts with Gail and David caused me to leave Qestrel in 1998. There were lawsuits which were settled in my favor.
Around 2012 Qestrel failed after a partnership with American Re ended and left Qestrel without the re-insurance cover necessary to conduct business.
