South Africa 2009
After Madagascar we toured South Africa. First we took a rail trip across the country from Pretoria to Cape Town. After a few days in Cape Town we drove to the Cape Winelands and then along the Garden Route on the southern coast.
Baltic States 2009
In August 2009 we drove north from Vilnius to Riga, then to Tallinn and finally to Helsinki.
Beijing 2009

Sailed the Lesser Sunda Islands in 2009
08.30 a.m. transfer from Sanur, south-Bali to Amed, north-east Bali (2 hrs). Bulgaria 2008
In August of 2008 Judith and I went to Vera and Lubo’s wedding at the cathedral in Sofia. The wedding service was sung by two priests while the attendees stood. We also made a trip to Koprivshtitsa.
