Judith and I went to Edinburgh and the Scottish highlands. By train we visited Eban and Fort William. Among the shows we saw were Diva, Fame Hungry, i’m Almost There, IWish You Well, Carman, So Young, A Letter to Lyndon B. Johnson, and Cyrano.

In June 2024 Judith and I took a 19 day trip to Japan. We met Carolyn and family in Tokyo at the start and again in Osaka at the end. We visited Nara, Benesse art island, and Ritsurin garden among others.

February 18 Judith and I took a 11 day trip to Finland. We spend a day in Helsinki at the Hotel Kamp then flew up to northern Lapland. We stayed at the Northern Lights Village. There we went snow mobility, and drove a dog sled.

In January 2024 I took a solo trip to Arkansas. I visited Crystal Bridges, Eureka Springs, Hot Springs, and Little Rock.

On January 5, 2024 Judith and I visited Panama for a second time. We went to Panama City and saw the Mola and Canal museums. We sent several days at Tranquillo Bay, Mount Totumas, and Bocas del Mar. David and Diane joined us at Tranquillo Bay.

September 16 I flew to Columbus for a tour of my Southern Ohio ancestors homes and graves. I visited Lancaster, Zaleski, Carroll, Jackson, and Chillicothe Ohio. I also toured the Indian mounds outside Chillicothe and did research at the Ross County Historical Society there.

Judith and I flew to Nantucket to see Valerie Curtin’s new Play David Gallager. We were there with Tom and Tim, Pat and Edmund, and Gail Strickland. We visited the Whaling Museum, drove around the island, and had a most intereting lunch with David and Beverly Billings where we saw their Chinese art collection

Judith and I took a driving tour of Poland starting June 8, 2023. We visited Warsaw, sand dunes on the baltic, wooden churches in the south, Wroclaw, Turowka, the salt mines, and Krakow.
