In 1986 QPC had obtained multiple federal contracts, primarily for the Food and Nutrition Service, and grown to 13 employees. We took over and remodeled the 3rd floor of a more modern office building.

QPC’s first real office was on Broadway in Oakland. We moved here after getting our first Federal contract to build Food Stamp fraud control. First I hired Gail Simpson and then Art Burger.
