In June I took a solo trip to the Peloponnese. Judith was visiting New York to be with Nadine after Ed died. I rented a small Fiat and went to Nafplio, Mycenae, the Mani Peninsula, and the mountains.

We drove the mini up over the Alps for our semi-annual Piedmont trip. We stayed first in Castello Rosso and then Castello di Guarene. We visited the frescos at Castello della Manta. Finally we stocked up on wine in Barbaresco, La Morra and Roero.
